Granite School District at Skyline High School,

Tuesday evenings -

it has been an awesome experience for me! 

Some of the journaling participants 

have dubbed it 'Creative Meditation'

I guide participants through 

unique, fun, creative activities 

that involve collage and simple writings.

The class runs in 6 week blocks.

Spring Is In The Air...Almost!

I am very excited to begin the 

spring session of my visual

'Process Journaling' class, 

that will be held again at Skyline High School -

Tuesdays-March 11th 2014-through April 22, 2014

6:30pm-8:30pm

Process Journaling is a creative, 

introspective practice 

that provides a private forum for you to examine 

your own creativity and inner wisdom. 

The process involves collaging and 

non-traditional writing exercises. 

 No special art skills are necessary to participate.

The journal you create in the workshop 

will become a portable, 

private sanctuary 

that offers you the opportunity  

to take a few moments for yourself...

to breathe...relax...and create... 

outside your normal everyday box.
